Photography/Film Notice
Occasionally, either organizers or invited photographers may take photos and videos during events for Tuxedo Cat Swing Dance Society. By attending, you understand that you could be photographed or filmed, and that your image may be used in promotional materials. However, if you would not like to have a photo of you used, please speak to an organizer or contact us via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you wish to take photos or videos, whether of your own dancing or of others, please be mindful of people’s privacy. Always ask permission before filming or photographing individuals, especially if you plan to share the content online.
Health & Safety Policy
Tuxedo Cat Swing Dance will adhere to all Alberta Health Services public health guidelines in effect at the time of the event.
Masking is optional and welcome. We ask all participants to respectful of others who choose to mask.
If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness, or have been recently exposed to something contagious, please refrain from attending classes or social events.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration before the start of a class series, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel after the series has begun, please contact us and we’ll work with you to explore options and find a solution that best fits your situation.
